You only really know if a company is any good if you have an issue or query that needs dealing with. I'm happy to say that stephen at Webbs Outdoors dealt with my query about an item I didn't receive very promptly by email and then followed this up with a personal call, and got it sorted. You wouldn't get that with a big faceless multinational company! I'd highly recommend Webbs Outdoors.
