Webbs Outdoors YETI Competition – Terms & Conditions

By entering the prize draw you are agreeing to these prize draw terms and conditions:

The prize draw is open to entrants over 18 years of age and is only open to UK entrants.
In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.
The prize draw is free to enter.
To enter the prize draw, follow the instructions as specified on the social posts.
The prize is a YETI Roadie 24 Cool Box in Harvest Red, YETI Ramber 26 oz (760 ml) Bottle with Chug Cap in Black, YETI Rambler 20 oz (591 ml) Tumbler in Black and YETI Rambler 20 oz (591) Travel Mug in Black.
The competition will end at midnight on Thursday 7th September 2023.
The winner will be drawn at random and only one winner will be picked from Facebook and Instagram. This competition is running across Facebook and Instagram. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram.
The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.
The winner will be contacted via Facebook Messenger or Instagram Messenger by the respective Webbs Outdoors account. The decision of Webb Outdoors regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

The winner will be notified after 9am on Monday 11th September 2023.
Webbs Outdoors will attempt to contact the winner by direct message up to two times.
If the winner does not respond to the direct message notifying them of their win within 7 days of the second message, they will lose their right to the prize, and Webbs Outdoors reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner.

Webbs Outdoors will arrange with the winner for the prize to be delivered to them. Record of their address will then be deleted.

You consent to any personal information you provide in entering the prize draw being used by Webbs Outdoors for the purposes of administering the prize draw.
An announcement of the winner’s first name or social media account name will be made via Webbs Outdoors’ social media pages.

Webbs Outdoors does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the prize draw or being selected for a prize, save that Webbs Outdoors does not exclude its liability for death or personal injury as a result of its own negligence.
Webbs Outdoors does not provide any form of practical or IT support for this prize. On receipt, all responsibilities relating to warranty and the product are that of the prize winner.

Webbs Outdoors reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
